Simplifies harness recipes by making them shapeless and allowing any type of glass.

Additions:
- Harness recipes are now shapeless.
- Recipe for a white harness using strings (since 1 wool = 4 string).
- Harness recipes can now use dyes to create a harness of the corresponding color.
(Also added the #glasses tag, but who cares about that?)
