CHANGES

• Radar overlay block is destroyed when the corresponding radar is

• Made polygons update 5x slower to add support for slower PCs

• Radar overlay block now does not get in the way of radar

FIXES:

• Fixed tornado warning polygons not updating with windspeed, forcing one to manually replace the radar block

• Fixed multiplayer bug where polygons stayed forever even if the storm was forcibly removed

• Multiplayer functionality with all protomanly verisons >= 0.14a!

• Fixed common crash when rendering polygons
