EAS Addon for ProtoManly's Weather Mod

ADDITIONS:

• Added compatability for pmweather 0.16a
• Easaddon commands can now be used for singleplayer worlds
• Added a clear button for risk drawing

FIXES:

• Menu blur issue should be fixed now
• Fixed clientbound/minecraft:custom_payload error
• Tornadoes should not be able to be surveyed unless the tornado has ended
• Watch duration is now in minutes and not hours, and should no longer appear as unknown when a duration is set
• Tornado duration time stops when the game is paused
• Detection and display range now saves

REMOVALS:

• Dreaded radar overlay hitbox removed
• Removed auto-generating risks at the start of each day
• Removed opaque overlay when attempting to draw risks
