A vanilla-preserving and lightweight performance mod that dynamically adjusts view distance, simulation distance, and the mob cap based on the server's load.

✨ Major Improvements: Added reload and config commands, improved config validation, and refreshed command output visuals.
Details:
- Reload Command: Admins can now reload the Dynamic Performance config in-game with
/dp reload. - Config Command: Admins can now inspect the active config directly in-game with
/dp config. - Config Validation: Invalid config values are now checked more thoroughly before being applied.
- Command UI: About, status, and config outputs were cleaned up with shared formatting and updated visuals.
