Reload Command: Admins can now reload the Dynamic Performance config in-game with /dp reload.
Config Command: Admins can now inspect the active config directly in-game with /dp config.
Config Validation: Invalid config values are now checked more thoroughly before being applied.
Command UI: About, status, and config outputs were cleaned up with shared formatting and updated visuals.
