Dyed eggs that can be thrown at blocks or entities to change their color.

This datapack adds dyed eggs to Minecraft.

Crafting

Dyed eggs are crafted using 4 chicken eggs (any variant will work) and 1 dye of any color: Crafting Recipe for Dyed Eggs

Using

When thrown, dyed eggs will dye various blocks or entities that they hit.

Dyeable blocks include Candles, Carpets and Wool, Concrete and Concrete Powder, Terracotta and Glazed Terracotta, and Stained Glass and Stained Glass Panes. These blocks will change color to match the color of the egg thrown at them.

Dyeable entities include Sheep and Shulkers, which will change color to match the color of the egg thrown at them. Cats and Dogs will also have the color of their collars changed.
