DyeableConcrete version 1.1

Changes

• Changed the namespace of the crafting recipes from "crafting" to "dyeableconcrete"
• The crafting recipes now automatically unlock when the player picks up white concrete or white concrete powder
• Made some technical changes to make the datapack compatible with 1.21 (changed the "recipes" folder to "recipe")
