Durability-immune Soul Speed (datapack)

Run to your soul's desire without worry of breaking your boots!

This datapack very simply removes the durability loss inflicted on equipped Boots when using the Soul Speed enchantment and running on Soul Sand or Soul Soil.

That's the entire purpose of this datapack. No other changes have been made.
