The Train Editor opens in seconds
Opening the Train Editor from the title screen no longer builds a whole Dungeon Train world first. The editor world is now its own void space — no train, no track, no terrain, no nether or end — and the first time you open it, it skips the sweep that used to clear every plot in the sky before anything was placed. Tile click to standing on your plot went from around 40 seconds to about 4. Existing editor worlds are unchanged.
- Train Editor worlds no longer spawn a train or generate terrain
- Editor opens about ten times faster from the title screen
- Portal room test sessions keep their full-depth basement in the new editor world

Editor menu: one width on every tab, and a Save icon that shows when you need it
The Train Editor's X menu no longer widens when you open the Current tab — every tab is the same size now. A Save icon sits in the menu's header on every tab: it glows green while the plot you're standing in has unsaved changes and settles to blue once it's saved, so you can tell at a glance whether your work is on disk.
- Current tab keeps the same panel width as File, Settings and Nav
- Save icon in the editor menu header, reachable from any tab
- Icon pulses green with unsaved changes, blue when the plot is saved

Your own book knows it's yours wherever you find it
Find a book you wrote out in the world — in a chest, rather than on the shelves of your own library room — and it now knows it is yours. The train tells you how it has been received and offers the padlock that takes it out of circulation, instead of asking you to rate your own writing.
- A book you wrote carries your own controls wherever you find it, not only inside your own library room
- The thumbs-up/thumbs-down tally your readers gave it, and the padlock to withdraw it or put it back, now appear on a copy found in a chest
- You can no longer vote on a book you wrote by mistake — the thumbs and the Y/N shortcut are off on anything of yours
