Another compatibility update, this time for 1.21.4

Changes

• Remembered to actually update the mod version.
• Updated to 1.21.4 Minecraft.
• 1.21.4 messed with the angle that parry swords get held at, I have attempted to recreate the original visuals, but it is slightly different now.
