drills sci-fi series

this datapack adds drills and chainsaws for more efficient resource gathering. there are 3 tiers of drills and chainsaws iron, diamond and netherite. drills and chainsaws are slightly faster than pickaxes and axes and can't break but are very expensive to make, also drills can be used instead of a shovel.
