- updated purite fall anti-damage abilities to add slow-fall when necessary
- updated purite ability effects to tick forever at 15 seconds display
- updated purite crystal effects to tick forever at 10 seconds display
- fixed enders not disabling fusite abilities from players
- updated purite ability self-levitation to trigger on double space bar
- added energy boost effect (20 -> 30 energy max; regenerates twice as fast)
- added energy boost potion
- added energy boost a tick effect for purite dragonights
- added purite ability purify
- added purite ability levitate
- added purite ability telekinesis
