Gameplay Adjustments & Quality of Life Improvements

• Added MagiChem recipes.
• All DM&R sound events are now localized, no longer playing globally.
• Elytra/Angel Flight now scales with Speed and Slowness effects, and has received a general speed boost.
• Clicker's Cookie has been improved: it places cookies more reliably into empty blocks and now features particle effects.
• Ritual of Relict Trade has been rebalanced — it's now cheaper and considered a Tier 3 ritual.
• Alternative Recall now has unlimited range when the range setting is at maximum.
• Alternative Recall gains precision teleportation: with precision set to 1, the caster teleports directly to the target (similar to the Ender Ring's Blink).
• At Mark and Alternative Recall can now be used by constructs.
• Conjure Lava and Conjure Water can now convert flowing blocks into source blocks (previously non-functional).
• Mutandis is now only consumed upon successful use, preventing unnecessary loss of the item.
