Dragon Be Gone

Added feature to optionally remove the dragon egg also

By default the dragon egg is NOT removed. If you would like ot removed you must run this command: /function dragonbegone:disable_dragon_egg

You can turn it back on if you decide you would like it back (This does not summon a new egg every dragon kill so you would have to turn it back on before the first kill) /function dragonbegone:enable_dragon_egg
