Draftout

Gameplay:

• Pillager captain spawns are standardized by spawn #
  • Example: 2nd and 15th pillager spawn will be captain for both players
• Added "Toggle Board" hotkey to hide/show the board (unbound by default)
  • Resets every match (you always start with the board visible)

Lobbies:

• Added "Commands" setting
  • Allows up to 10 commands.
  • Commands can be ran when players join the world, or once the match starts.

Goals:

• Added goals:
  • Hang a Hanging Sign
  • Kill Husk
• Removed goals:
  • Kill Parched
• "Kill Witch" now requires either Witch Hut, or Pillager Outpost+Village near spawn.

Bug fixes:

• Tab rarely not showing any players.
• Being able to open containers before match start.
• (Lobby) Not being able to use "Ride Horse" goal on Custom boards.
• (Lobby) Seed change not resetting "Reroll Board" button
