Reworked the ImmediatelyFast and Iris compatibility layers to apply values at runtime.
Reworked /derender status to show clearer and more detailed compatibility information.
Removed direct mutations to Iris and ImmediatelyFast config files.
Added legacy config cleanup for comments and markers generated by version 1.1.3 and older.
Updated the minimum supported ImmediatelyFast version to 1.6.10.
