Revive downed players: instead of dying, players drop to half a heart and crawl. Inspired by Call of Duty Zombies. Fully server-side and compatible with vanilla and Geyser Bedrock clients.

- fixed rare crash caused by null return value
- fixed a bug that caused entities/floating text to be left behind when going through portals while downed
- fixed a rare bug that caused the floating downed display to not have a team color after reappearing
- added compatability for Random Mob Sizes by Stoupy51
- (now without any changes to the config, the invisible shulker above the downed player is ignored to prevent crawling/reviving issues)
