Revive downed players: instead of dying, players drop to half a heart and crawl. Inspired by Call of Duty Zombies. Fully server-side and compatible with vanilla and Geyser Bedrock clients.

- add visible bleed out timer above player and hotbar
- add server teams compatibility
- improve clickable command message
- reduce hunger on downed to stop constant damage
- improve method of preserving the damage source
- apply only 1 damage to armor on bleedout for some damage sources
- refactoring and optimizations
