Double-Tap Dash

Dash 2.0.0:

• config screen now available from mod menu
• diagonal dashing: press two (enabled) directions then the dash key to dash diagonally
• directional dash keys: there are now keys to dash in a particular direction
• config synchronisation: when a client joins a server (or a singleplayer world), non-client config options are synchronised.
