Fixed for the new Auction House

DonutSMP redesigned the Auction House — this update makes DonutAH work with it again.

Fixes

• Price scanning works again — the new AH layout (new price format, new Filter menu) is fully supported
• No more price lines on menu buttons — Filter, Next Page, Quick Buy, Search, Your Items etc. no longer show a DonutAH tooltip
• Quick Buy and Your Items screens are never scanned — only real Auction pages count as market data
• Your own listings are never recorded — searching yourself (or anything) via /ah <name> or the Search button no longer submits those prices
• Huge prices display correctly — trillion+ ($1T) prices are now parsed and shown properly
