Dong Dong's random creation

Fixes:

1. Fixed a bug where Mist Resist Greatsword could not increase its attack range properly due to a change in modifiers from forge to neoforge.

Changes:

1. Handheld Dispenser damage reduced to 4, but bullet speed doubled, cd reduced to 12ticks. Extended Dispenser and Telescopic Sight Extended Dispenser Bullet speed increased by 1.5 times, damage increased to 12. Heavy Dispenser bullet speed increased by 1.5 times, damage increased to 24. Sphene bullets can now ignore Invulnerable. Properties: Hitting an entity will cause the entity to ignore Invulnerable no matter what damage it takes, such as when the entity attacked by the Sphene bullets was burned by lava, the lava damage increased dramatically.
2. The number of dongtreeman dropping Living Dongtree Bark changed from 4-10 to 1-2.
