- Changed Rogue Expertise to activate even when using equipment that already has Fortune/Silk Touch/Looting.
Fixes
- Fixed Artificer infusion selection opening the wrong Origins layer.
- Fixed Bard Bellowing Horn timer not removing itself after reaching zero.
- Fixed Bard Bardic Inspiration Pigstep granted effects not matching the effects listed in the power description.
- Fixed Rogue Expertise fortune.
