✨ What’s New?

🔥 Echo Flint and Steel & Deeper Dark Rework

The Echo Flint and Steel and Warden Portal system have been reworked!

Echo Flint and Steel

Re-added the Echo Flint and Steel under a new registry name:

Old ID: warden_portal
New ID: echo_flint_and_steel

The previous version was only used to activate the Warden Portal and did not function as a real Flint and Steel.

It now works as a proper Flint and Steel:

Lights Campfires.
Lights Soul Campfires.
Ignites TNT.
Creates Soul Fire instead of normal Fire.

Soul Fire created by the Echo Flint and Steel:

Can survive on any solid block, even without Soul Sand or Soul Soil.
Does not spread to nearby blocks.
Perfect for decorative builds.

Deeper Dark

Re-added the old Warden Portal dimension with a new ID.
Renamed the dimension ID from warden_portal to deeper_dark.
The Deeper Dark dimension now features a much darker atmosphere, increasing the feeling of mystery and danger.
The portal now shakes and plays a sound during activation.

A brand-new cold forest biome!

Shelf Mushrooms
Cold-climate mobs such as:
- Foxes
- Rabbits
- Cold Chickens

Poplar Trees

A new tree type naturally generating in the Dappled Forest.

Includes three unique leaf variants:

🟥 Red Poplar Leaves
🟧 Orange Poplar Leaves
🟨 Yellow Poplar Leaves

Added:

Poplar Logs
Poplar Saplings
Poplar Tree generation

Each grown Poplar Tree randomly generates one of the three Poplar Leaf variants.

Shelf Mushrooms

A new decorative and functional mushroom block!

Features:

Can be placed on any solid block.
Supports 4 horizontal directions.
Available in:
- Small Shelf Mushroom
- Big Shelf Mushroom

Growth:

Small Shelf Mushrooms can grow into Big Shelf Mushrooms using Bone Meal.
Big Shelf Mushrooms drop 2 Small Shelf Mushrooms when mined, allowing farming.

Extra features:

Shelf Mushrooms are compostable.
Generate in Bonus Chest loot.
Generate in Abandoned Camp chest/barrel loot.
Have a bounce effect similar to beds.
Falling from 8+ blocks causes slight fall damage.

Red Shrubs

A new natural bush type!

Generates in the Dappled Forest.
Can spread using Bone Meal, similar to vanilla bushes.

🏕️ New Structure: Abandoned Camp

A new exploration structure!

Features:

Currently generates in 3 different biomes.
Multiple different variants.
Loot is based on vanilla structure loot tables.
Loot can also contain:
- Wooden Double Axes
- Copper Double Axes

Added:

Wool Stairs
Wool Slabs
Wool Walls

Available in all 16 wool colors.

Features:

Fully craftable.
Can be used as furnace fuel.
Can be dyed between colors.
Blocks vibrations near Sculk Sensors.
Can be broken quickly with Shears depending on their tier.

Changes & Improvements

Creative Inventory Overhaul

All DMC’s Improvements items and blocks are now placed next to their vanilla counterparts.

Material Horn Improvements

Material Horns now behave like vanilla Goat Horns!

Added:

Full TOOT animation support:
- First person
- Third person
- Other players
Off-hand usage.
Shared cooldown between all Material Horns.

Golden Horn Changes

Golden Horns now grant 15 seconds of Invisibility instead of permanent invisibility.
Updated the tooltip to explain the mechanic better.

Mob Updates

Updated:

Baby Moobloom models and textures.
Baby Moolip models and textures.
Baby Muddy Pig models and textures.

All now match vanilla Minecraft 26.1+ style.

Also updated:

Moobloom Spawn Egg texture.
Moolip Spawn Egg texture.

Herobrine Sonic Boom Improvements

Herobrine's Sonic Boom attack is now more precise.

Changes:

The Sonic Boom sound now plays correctly.
Sonic Boom particles now appear more accurately when targeting players.

Bonus:

Herobrine releases Sonic Boom attacks when detecting vibrations.
Wool can be used to block vibrations, allowing players to safely fight Herobrine while standing on or behind Wool blocks.

Food & Item Improvements

Golden Pears

Can now cure both Adult and Baby Zombie Villagers.

Chocolate Milk Buckets

Now remove all negative effects.
Always edible, similar to Milk.

Honeyed Apples & Honeyed Green Apples

Always edible.

Wind Bearing Blocks

Wind Bearing Blocks are now launch platforms!🤯

Features:

Stepping on them releases a burst of Wind Charge energy.
Boosts players and mobs upward.
Launches players up to 6 blocks high.
Works especially well with mobs.
Can be combined with Wind Charges for even greater heights.

Recipe Changes

Changed:

Mushroom Stew recipes.
Suspicious Stew recipes.

They can now use any of the three mushrooms.

Also:

Rabbit Stew can now be crafted using Shelf Mushrooms.

Trade Improvements

Egg Summoners now offer more Spawn Egg trades:

Copper Golem
Parched
Camel Husk
Nautilus
Zombie Nautilus

Wandering Traders can now sell:

Shelf Mushrooms
Poplar Logs

🐛 Bug Fixes

Fixed:

Baby mob rendering issues.
Moobloom and Moolip milking bug:
- Buckets now behave like vanilla Minecraft.
Honeyed Apples and Honeyed Green Apples not properly removing:
- Slowness
- Weakness
- Poison
