Fixes incorrect armor calculations using the ADD rule
Fixes tooltips for Baubles still showing up when "Show Damage Distributions on All Items" is set and the bauble isn't configured to have a damage distribution.
Fixes Lycanites equipment not having damage distribution tooltips with "Show Damage Distributions on All Items" set.
Fixes items in JEI windows showing incorrect damage distributions.
