Disable Hotbar Scrolling

This is the first release of the mod! It is a simple mod, and as such, everything should work as expected, but do feel free to open an issue if you experience any problems.

This version of the mod officially supports all Minecraft versions from 1.19.2 to 1.20, but should work on almost all earlier versions of Minecraft supported by the original Fabric loader, and future versions upto 1.21.

Important notice: People who want to use the mod must download the file without -sources in the file name. The one that contains -sources in the file name is to be used by those who wish to view the source code of the mod.
