Multitasking
- Make proper cleanup on server shutdown (avoids memoryleaks on singleplayer)
- Added config to set initial thread count for new worlds (config folder)
- Added config to efectivetly ignore the first crash occurred on ticking level (very experimental and not recomended)
- added Russian translations (by the well know mpustovoi)
