- removed dimensional bears
- upon drinking a bottle of or submerging yourself in Dimensional Tears you will now receive a new potion effect called Rifting
- living entities also receive rifting on contact
- entities that cannot have potion effects are teleported instantly
- by default Rifting lasts 10 second and when it expires, you will be teleported to your spawnpoint
- if you submerge below your eyelevel in dimensional tears fluid you will be teleported instantly
- the portal fluid ocean now has a hitbox on its bottom face so you can't fall into the void
- getting touching water or rain will remove the rifting effect
- fixed many many bugs and added new configs
