Dig to Nether

FOR USERS UPDATING FROM 1.0: MAKE SURE TO DELETE THE FOLDER "DigToNether" INSIDE THE "plugins" FOLDER, THEN START YOUR SERVER TO GENERATE A NEW CONFIG FILE!!!

This updates adds a few new features to the plugin!

The Nether roof height can now be modified in the config. You should only modify this if you are using a plugin or datapack that extends it. (Amplified Nether for example.)

Added a automatic plugin update reminder to console when a new version has released.

Added a console message if your plugins config needs to be regenerated due to updates.
