Modify the locator bar with global and personnal difficulty.
New reward for bounties: the killer gains one bonus heart (max 5) and the killed lose all their bonus hearts!
Fix
Bad color for certain messages.
Weird bounty messages.
24h deaths' color were not following custom config.
Bounty could start after a disconnection.
