Added dead leaves

Spawns when a tree is dried. Has the birch leaves texture (for now ?). Can be disabled in the config

Added DesertLongDistancePlayerTrackerSpeedModifier config option

Allow you to customize the large distance player tracker's speed

Overcharged sand roses spawn a bit faster now (can also be configured)
