Fixes

Fixed a bug where the desert sand would never fall (unless there was a log over it)

This may cause a temporary lag if there was a lot of sand bugged this way (due to it falling)

The glass shards effect now correctly detects when a player is moving

Fixed rolling cacti not being enraged by overcharged wind gusts
