Fixed the issue where the last remaining player wouldn't trigger a round reset in match mode.
Added a config file to adjust player attributes for easier tweaking of values.
Surgical kits will now prioritize treating negative effects other than wounds.
Damage from wounds will no longer interrupt item usage.
Fixed a crash that could happen when wearing helmets with hearing bonuses while having downed rescue installed.
Fixed an issue where helmets' thermal and night vision couldn't be toggled correctly when dealtarmorspecial was turned off.
