Once again, bugs got through and I completely forgot to add the Missile Turret's death loot. This patch added the missing death loot alongside some fixes to some potentially hazardous (crash-level hazard) bugs preventing the mod from being played in a server.

🟡 Bumped version to v1.1.2-beta.
🟡 Fix and specify the environment of some codes, allowing use of this mod in servers.
🔴 Downgrade rarity of MG Turret recipe items from UNCOMMON to COMMON.
