v1.1.1 Beta for Minecraft 1.21.11

Some bugs got through the v1.1.0-beta-1.21.11 release. This makes the turrets that shoots explosive projectile stronger than intended. This patch fixes said bug.

Some development commands are also released accidentally. While said commands posed no threat nor breaking effect in the game, it is still recommended to update to v1.1.1-beta-1.21.11 to fix the mentioned bug above.
