Default Arms
Armor Stands start with Arms! They can be removed with Shears and replaced with Sticks.

- Armless armor-stands drop with custom_item_model data, allowing for them to have different textures
- Added gamerule for if armless lore should be added to armless armor-stands (reccomended to be disabled when using different textures on the server)
