Simple Chat Filter & Self-inflicted DMG Fix

- Anti-Pvp Perimeters will no longer count self inflicted damage as PvP.
- Added a simple chat filter. This will get more advanced later on. For now, it is kept very simple.
- Updated the warns system where instead of displaying the max warns required, it shows the remaining warns until ban (when a player gets warned).
- Added Bumpy plushie for his birthday, wishing him a happy birthday will grant you an achievement, some xp and a plushie.
- Attempted to fix the anti-build perimeter not adding trusted players to the list. It may still not work, but hopefully it should work.
- Made a fix where chests were unable to be inspected in spectator, it would say "this chest is locked".
