You can now enable and disable the DeathSound menu button in the Pause screen and the title screen!
Changed the sub-command name of some commands
Added a sub command showMenuButton [true/false]

Changes in the custom sound system

Custom sound events no longer have a dynamic name system, which makes it easier to identify the sound.

Bug fixes:

Manage List Screen not working
When syncing sounds it did not delete them if they where deleted in the config directory
Test command not working properly when sound category players was at 0% volume
