• Client and server top-level enable toggles in the shared scoped config layout.
• A dedicated on/off switch for the death-screen location line.

• Reworked Client Config and Server Config into the shared scoped JSON config system.
• Config storage moved from death-respawn-notifier.properties to death-respawn-notifier.json.
• Death and respawn settings now use consistent grouped sections with matching dimension and coordinate toggles.
• Disabling custom death broadcasts now falls back to vanilla death messages instead of suppressing them.
• Dead-marker sync now resends known states when the feature is enabled on a live server and only targets clients that can receive the payload.

Notes

• 0.1.0 settings are not migrated automatically. Review the new JSON config after upgrading.
