What is it?

This minecraft mod sends you a chat message of your death coordinates when you die.

It looks like this: You died at [x: x_coord], [y: y_coord], [z: z_coord], in minecraft:dimension !This image shows an example of how the chat message with your coordinates of your death looks like

Can be used for client and server side.

Use command /display_death to toggle death message above hotbar as seen below:
