Dashing Enchantment

Now your existing y momentum gets ignored and even if your falling the dash will still boost with a consistant distance! (Originally if you were falling too fast the dash was too weak to counter the overpowering force and nothing would have happened)

Uhh this is an edit I made at night, theres a goofy ahh bug and now the dash is weird and slightly of the direction you look, so dw ill fix it later. (Nvm its not a bug it makes the dash feel better, just dont look straight down ig lol)

I hope it works in multiplayer, I couldnt test it :(
