Dashing Enchantment

Heck yeah, hopefully it works in multiplayer i cannot test it for a bit.

Decreased the upward motion just a tiny bit ( .1 ).

Added constant foward motion, this allows you to go pretty fast because it removes most of the air friction, allowing you to move through the air better. (because of compatability, holding space/jump or sneaking will stop the constant push, so if you want to go fast all you have to do is just tap jump to go into the air).

Added a pack.png so that the datapack actually has a picture.

Something else that i again, dont remember, its just a small fix so its fine.
