Dashing Enchantment
This Datapack Adds a new enchantment called "Dash" Allowing you to perform a Dash!

Sadly not the next planned update, just thought id fix some bugs and balance stuff out a bit... Its been awhile since ive made a datapack or even edited a datapack, hopefully i didnt break it.
Decreased upwards motion by a lot sense it felt janky, in return made the dash better and stronger again so the motion wont get canceled as easily from existing motion like if you were falling.
Made the angle you had to dash at for the super jump not as precise and is now easier to pull off.
Removed the feature that pushed you slightly while in the air, although it made the movement better and more fun, it was super janky delaying dashes and also being very laggy.
Support will come to other versions once im happy with it, since this is made for another project on 1.21.5, there will continue to be backports to that version.
Some other small stuff.
Also, i tested it on 1.21.10 and it worked, that probably means it works on 1.21.9, maybe even past versions. But idk for sure so i wont mark all just in case.
