Premium interface motion

• Added a smoother, more premium motion layer across the dashboard shell.
• Improved page transitions, card entrance timing, row reveals, status flips, value flashes, hover lift, active press feedback, and navigation feedback.
• Tuned animation curves toward a more native-app feel while keeping reduced-motion support intact.
• Optimized motion primitives around transform/opacity patterns to reduce browser jank, especially in Chrome.

Controls and menus

• Reworked selection controls so native dropdowns fit the dashboard visual language better.
• Improved file-manager menus with smoother pop-in behavior and clearer per-file actions.
• Kept the original Dash layout direction while layering motion and polish on top of it.

File manager

• File and folder uploads remain available from the file manager.
• Download, rename, edit, and delete actions are surfaced through the per-item action menu.
• Protected lock/pid files stay guarded from destructive edit or upload flows.

Release

• Plugin metadata updated to version 3.1.
