Darkness in The Bottle

This is 1.2.0 release build for 1.19.4-1.20.4. It has no functional changes compared to previous one.

1.20.5+ build is not planned so far. If you need it, please leave a request on GitHub.

Fixes:

• Missing translations for tipped arrows
• Couldn't convert a long night vision potion to a long darkness potion (also applied to regular, splash and lingering potions)
