Improvements:

• Rope can now be placed under blocks like fences and chains
• Rope collision hitbox is now very small at the center of the block to improve usability

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed enchantment durability tags missing for Stiletto and Glowshroom Cap
• Fixed missing crafting and stonecutting recipes for Duskrock Pillar
• Fixed a single block in the Desert Rope Mine that was set to Air instead of Structure Void
• Fixed Rope Mines being waterlogged
