Dangerous Mobs

Additions:

• Descripiton for Rain Bell.
• Advancement The Loong King， Rest in wherever you are.
• Item Thunder Ingot, Persuer Eye.
• Gamerule Dangerous Mobs Healing Limitation.
• Mob Persuer.

Changes:

• Messsage sent by Rain Bell are its descriptions instead of independent texts.
• Magic Orb is non-gravity-affected projectile and it produces Magic particles.
• Iron Scythe will not cause damage on Items.
• Thunder Crown is crafted by Thunder Ingot instead of Copper Ingot
• Slightly adjust loot of Thunder. Now it has chance dropping Thunder Ingot
• Soul Orb and Resentment Assembled now are able to set normal Fire if it cannot set Soul Fire or replace block.
• Reduce normal cooldown of Iron Scythe.

Fixes:

• All projectiles will be automatically deleted.
