- Dwellers has a lower spawn weight
- Dwellers can no longer spawn in caves, and their spawning is more particular
- Protectron Raiders no longer are missing robot attributes
- Dwellers no longer always spawn in groups of 3-5, and instead spawn in groups of 1-2
