DaBsu-Dialog Batch Spawner Utils

Now supports Minecraft 26.1, and no longer supports 1.21.11 or lower.

• New: New option in Obtain placeable spawner, allows user to input a spawner item and get the same item back with name and lore describing what it is spawning
• New: Run Any Command can now run a command once for each spawn potential entry for each spawner. Before each run, the corresponding entry data will be placed in a storage and the user may make change to that data.
• Change: If you changed spawner data with Run Any Command, it is no longer needed to run Optimize to refersh system records

There are 2 versions of it. The With_Quick_Action version adds a quick dialog window that can be called by pressing G or through the pause menu. However if your map also uses this then you should fall back using the standard version.
