Fix #2518 items could vanish instead of being accepted or rejected when a hopper (or anything else using the vanilla Container interface) fed them into a machine, such as the Anvils and Uncrafting Grinder.

Fix #2516 #2519: Auto Smelt was smelting everything you mined with any tool, even fully unenchanted ones, instead of only tools with the Auto Smelt enchant.

Also fixed the Excavate and Soulbound advancements.
