Cyberpunk 2077 Guns for Vic's Point Blank

This is just an update with some small details I wanted to add but I forgot to in the previous update (sorry!)

[Requires Vic's Point Blank 1.7.6 or later]

• Added an explosive round effect to the "Firecracker" Chimera weapon mod
• Made the belt of the M2067 Defender and Wild Dog visually show the bullets dissappearing on low ammo
